Killer Moth, Killer Croc, Lion-Mane, and King Shark formed a super villain team named the Animilitia. They broke into the Centennial Park Zoo and modified a cage to hold supers. Wonder Woman, Bumblebee, Supergirl, Batgirl, Katana, and Harley Quinn responded to the Save the Day alarm. Croc disarmed Harley but Supergirl spun him around and threw him across the zoo. Shark grabbed a gate and fought Katana but she disarmed him then kicked him onto his back. Lion Mane pounced Bumblebee but she fired her stingers and blasted him into some bushes. Batgirl and Wonder Woman cornered Moth but he launched a robot. The supers followed the robot red herring into a modified cage and were trapped. The Kryptonite bars activated and Supergirl was neutralized. Wonder Woman was unable to break down the door. Croc declared humans were no longer welcome in Metropolis and the city now belonged to the beasts. Jumpa, Wonder Woman's pet kangaroo, disobeyed her orders and followed. She hid in the bushes and observed everything that transpired.
King Shark and Killer Croc started rounding up citizens in the city. Silver St. Cloud was outraged to be ejected from Metropolis and brought up she was famous. Croc wasn't having it and stated all humans had to leave then shoved her from the back. The Super Pets watched from an alley then hid behind and in the dumpster and trash cans. Jumpa's tail knocked a can over by mistake. Croc went to investigate but all he saw were two dogs fighting over a bone. He left and rejoined King. Krypto and Ace suited back up. Killer Moth guarded the supers back at the zoo. He offered Batgirl the chance to join the Animilitia but she refused, citing she had standards. Moth was miffed. Calliope hung down and stole his keys then tried to get away in the trees. Moth fired his net gun and captured her but the other pets appeared. Moth tried to radio the others but Honey bit the walkie talkie in half. King Shark ran into the zoo but Krypto tackled him then licked him. Ace dodged Croc while Kitsune brought out a tennis ball cannon.
Lion-Mane tried to use his power on Jumpa to convince her to join the Animilitia as an equal. Jumpa kangaroo kicked him in the gut then swatted his face with her tail. Kitsune freed Calliope who deactivated the prison cage. Wonder Woman lassoed Moth. The supers reunited with their pets and Katana congratulated the Super Pets on their teamwork.
