I have been watching animated DC Comics properties ever since Batman: The Animated Series first aired on television when I was about six or seven years old. Unlike most fans, I was never a big comic book reader. It was the work of people like Bruce Timm that made me interested in the history of comic books and to this day I tread the line and selectively indulge in the works of preferred writers and artists. However, I find it easier to sit in front of a screen and watch pictures move and listen to words than read them.
