Killer Croc is a supervillain with the appearance and abilities of a crocodile. Killer Croc was originally the second subject of Dr. Faulkner's superpower infusions to build an army of Supers to protect Metropolis but he was unaware of what her technology did until after the fact. On the day of Supergirl's arrival at Super Hero High School, Killer Croc was up to no good in Metropolis. He triggered Super Hero High's Save the Day alarm. Wonder Woman, Bumblebee, Beast Boy, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn, and Cheetah battled him at a construction site. Wonder Woman, who aced her reptilian monster combat skills final, was confident in fighting Croc and launched him into a building under construction. Croc rose from the debris with a pipe but Bumblebee shrank down and blasted him repeatedly. She flew up the pipe and hit him in the right eye. Beast Boy turned into a crocodile and wrestled him. Killer Croc got the upper tail and threw Beast Boy. Harley made use of her acrobatic skills to dodge his attacks, kicked him then tossed a pie in his face. Bumblebee kept blasting and Wonder Woman threw her shield. Croc ran for it towards Cheetah but she was more concerned with beating the high score on her phone.
Croc swung his tail and wrecked her phone. Harley commandeered a construction vehicle and nailed Croc with a wrecking ball. Poison Ivy manipulated some fauna to wrap Croc up in vines. Wonder Woman lifted him up and placed him on a hook. Croc complained about his allergies. The supers were victorious and raced back to school to greet Supergirl. Star Sapphire ventured into the sewers to find her power ring after it accidentally fell down the drain. Croc rised up from the sludge behind her and declared he would eat her for dinner. Star climbed along the sewer pipes dodging his every attack. She dived into the sludge and retrieved her ring then knocked Croc around with various constructs, a boot, a giant teddy bear, an anvil, a closet, and a cube, before he caved in and begged her to stop using the ring. Star obliged him and punched him so hard there was an imprint of the ring on his forehead. He sunk down into the muck.
The day before final exams for the semester, Bumblebee went to the Capes & Cowls Cafe for a honey smoothie and discovered Killer Croc was trying to steal a stack of tuna fish sandwiches. Bumblebee took him down with sonic blasts. It was discovered one of her errant shots damaged the cafe's smoothie machine. Commissioner Gordon and the Metropolis Special Crimes Unit arrived later and arrested Croc. Poison Ivy and Batgirl field tested their stealth suits in the sewers to see if it avoided Croc's detection. Ivy remembered Croc's dominant sense was smell. Almost on cue, Croc rose up from the water. Batgirl threw a Batarang at his head then Ivy wrapped him up in vines. Killer Moth, Killer Croc, Lion-Mane, and King Shark formed a super villain team named the Animilitia. They broke into the Centennial Park Zoo and modified a cage to hold supers. Wonder Woman, Bumblebee, Supergirl, Batgirl, Katana, and Harley Quinn responded to the Save the Day alarm. Croc disarmed Harley of her mallet and chided her for calling him an alligator but Supergirl spun him around then tossed him across the zoo. The supers followed a robot red herring into a modified cage and were trapped.
King Shark and Killer Croc started rounding up citizens in the city. Silver St. Cloud was outraged to be ejected from Metropolis and brought up she was famous. Croc wasn't having it and stated all humans had to leave then shoved her from the back. The Super Pets watched from an alley then hid behind and in the dumpster and trash cans. Jumpa's tail knocked a can over by mistake. Croc went to investigate but all he saw were two dogs fighting over a bone. He left and rejoined King. Krypto and Ace suited back up. Ace dodged Croc while Kitsune brought out a tennis ball cannon. Croc took several hits then fell to the ground. One spring night, Killer Croc confronted Dr. Faulkner outside S.T.AR. Labs about a broken promise to change him back to normal. Faulkner ran inside. Catwoman intervened and bound his arms together with her Cat O'Nine Tails. He broke free and snapped at her. She jumped up into the trees then leaped down and stomped Croc.
Killer Croc heard an eagle sculpture was on loan to Super Hero High from the art museum. First, he broke a pipe outside in order to cut off the school's water supply then he went inside and tried to lift the statue. He discovered it was secured and the chains were superproof steel. Mera went looking for Parasite and found a broken pipe and Killer Croc's tracks. She ran back inside and shoved him away from a the key case before he could steal an eagle sculpture. She then ran around checking everywhere for water, including a water fountain, the Justice statue fountain, and soda fountains in the cafeteria. Croc barely missed her, crashing into walls and getting mustard all over his face. Mera ran to the greenhouse and checked Poison Ivy's watering cans to no avail. Croc caught up and demanded the key. She grabbed a potted cactus and only got a laugh from him. He boasted his skin was impenetrable against a cactus. Mera drew out the stored water and knocked him through a wall onto the ground below. He ran off.
(Novels only) During Granny Goodness' attack, Croc took advantage of the Female Furies' take over of Super Hero High to tear everything apart in his path, including a 5k race. Runners broke their personal-best records trying to get away from him. Croc and King Shark attempted to rob Capes & Cowls. Croc didn't believe Steve Trevor's claim all the money was in the safe. Wonder Woman opposed him but Croc swiped at the bin holding forks and knives. Wonder Woman shield the non-super patrons while Big Barda threw her Mega Rod at Croc's feet. Katana lept out of the way then heard Miss Martian hinting at the cafe's sign. Katana cut the metal chains securing it the ceiiling and it fell, hitting Croc. Katana performed a series of front flips and kicked him in the chest. Batgirl released a small amount of reptile-repelling tear gas. While he wheezed and coughed, Wonder Woman caught him with the Lasso of Truth. The Special Crimes Unit placed mega-strength restraints on the duo after weeks of seeking them out.
