Made Men are the trusted and loyal lieutenants of the Crime Syndicate family heads. They are rewarded by being given super powers through unspecified means. Each head usually has no more than seven to eight at a time and there are believed to be 50 total. Within the Made Men, there are also levels of hierarchy. Captain Super and Jimmy Olsen are examples of first-tier Made Men. Uncle Super, Captain Super Jr., Archer, and Model Citizen are all second-tier Made Men, and so on. Between the six heads, Superwoman appears to have the most at 21. After the Crime Syndicate heads were all killed or arrested, a national order was made to apprehend Made Men and other criminal associates.
