Embittered by her mother's legacy, a woman took up the desire to do more and trained to her peak. Johnny Quick recruited her to be one of his Made Men and gave her the power to generate super sonic waves from her vocal cords. As Scream Queen, she became a second lieutenant to Quick. During a smuggling operation, Scream Queen was present to supervise. When it was attacked by the Flash and Martian Manhunter, Scream Queen weakened Manhunter with her power. Flash promptly dealt with it by dropping her into the nearby harbor waters.
