Real Identity: Wallace "Wally" West

Powers: Super speed
Wally West is the nephew of Barry Allen and Iris West. When West was visiting his uncles police laboratory, a lightning bolt shattered a set of chemicals and spilled all over West. This event was exactly the same as Allen's. And so, West discovered he had super speed and soon became Kid Flash and partner of the Flash. Kid Flash went on to help found the Teen Titans.
