The Rogues are a group of criminals based in Central City dedicated to lining their pockets with money who operate with a code of honor and flair. The Rogues are routinely defeated by the Flash but keep on resuming their day to day lives. After a stint in prison, the Rogues were hired by Professor Zoom to break into the Flash Museum to lure the Flash into a trap. They were unaware Zoom was planning to blow them up along with the Flash and 10 square blocks of the city. Fortunately, the rest of the Justice League arrived and separated with one Rogue then dealt Zoom's bombs. Afterwards, the Rogues were placed into police custody. In the Flashpoint timeline, the Rogues were never formed.
