Barbara Gordon was fed a false clue from Joker pretending to be Batman that the villain was targeting an underground power junction in Slaughter Swamp. Supergirl, to her chagrin, and Bumblebee were sent to the swamp to prevent Joker from triggering a blackout. They flew around but something was bothering Bumblebee. Supergirl agreed it sucked they got stuck with "swamp duty" but Bumblebee shared the conundrum of a power junction being under a swamp. Supergirl pointed out anything goes in Gotham, also known as "Cuckoo Town, USA." They saw a giant Joker box near some headstones and investigated. Bumblebee remarked it wasn't very subtle. Supergirl heard a ticking sound from inside the box. They quickly concluded it was a bomb. Supergirl tried using her x-ray vision but could not see inside. She guessed the box was lead-lined and strained to move the box at all. She fell back onto Bumblebee. Bumblebee ran an analysis. Her heads up display confirmed there was no bomb in the box.
Supergirl thought she meant it was a dud and punched the box. It cracked open but there was just a headstone for a "Solomon Grundy." Solomon Grundy rose up from beneath the ground. Bumblebee deduced he was Grundy. Supergirl charged but she was no match for Grundy. He caught her punch with little effort and threw her into a tree. In tiny form, Bumblebee drilled into his neck. He swatted her then flicked her off his shoulder. Joker's blimp arrived. Harley Quinn came down on a rope ladder and dangled a Big Borger bag. Grundy was intrigued. Harley bet being dead made him hungry and took off. Grundy tossed Supergirl aside and went after the blimp. Supergirl retorted he better run and dropped to her knees.
