After a city-wide power outage, Bumblebee figured out that the source had to be linked to both the power grid and the Metropolis City Cloud. Naturally, they checked out the Metropolis Water and Power Department building. Bumblebee, powerless since the outage, instructed Wonder Woman to take her to the restricted zone. Zatanna found the place creepy with no power. They found Harley Quinn springing around on a pogo stick defacing the place. Harley stated she wasn't behind the power outage and was using the building as target practice.
