Catwoman, Giganta, Livewire, Poison Ivy, Star Sapphire, and Harley Quinn broke into the Metropolis Museum and destroyed numerous items on display like smashing a bust of George Washington, slashing paintings, knocking vases off pedestals, and vandalizing. Star Sapphire signed off as "Mrs. Star Sapphire Jordan." To her shock, Quinn set off a giant bomb atop an Atlas statue. During a field trip to the museum, Carter Hall and Karen Beecher stopped at an Egyptian exhibit that had art of Princess Chay-Ara. Beecher thought their story was the most romantic thing she ever heard. Hall couldn't help but point out this creepy feeling he had that it always ended badly. Beecher was excited and asked a flurry of questions: did he find her yet, what the wedding theme would be, and if she could be a bridesmaid. Hall pointed out it could take a lifetime to find her but vowed he would search the world to its end until he found her. In a stroke of luck, she happened to be in the same hall as them. He blushed and waved but she walked right past him.

Hall informed Beecher that sometimes when they were reincarnated, they didn't remember their past lives. He recalled he once forgot the past 4 lives and Chay-Ara was really mad with him. He was ready to call it quits but Beecher had other plans. She got out her cell phone and did a search. Beecher ran to Hall and informed him her name in this lifetime was Shiera Sanders, leaped on his chest, and showed him 17 of her social media accounts. Hall thought Beecher was being pretty creepy. In the zone, Beecher told him Sanders was in a band, worked at a Big Borger, was off on Wednesdays, and loved the Metropolis Generals professional basketball team. Hall groaned and realized Beecher was going to make him do things he didn't want to do. The Riddler broke into the Metropolis Museum and used a glass cutter to steal the prototype Thera-Magnetic Wave Generator from the World of Tomorrow exhibit. He couldn't wait to see it on the black market. Batgirl threw a batarang at the case.

Riddler mistook her for Batman, tossed the generator, and tried to run but she threw a bola at his legs. Batgirl tried grunting like Batman but Riddler couldn't understand her. She finally spoke in her regular voice and repeated he had run out of time. Robin threw out a line and snagged Riddler, claiming he caught the villain even though he only happened to be looking for his favorite Super Pig comic book he lost during a field trip that day. Batgirl's annoyance turned to joy as Batman arrived. She shook his hand and quickly asked him a series of questions like if it was true there was a Tyrannosaurus Rex in the Batcave, what ratio of potassium nitrate was in his smoke-bombs, and how many miles per gallon the Batmobile got in the city and on the highway. Batman remained silent. She realized he was down to business and she told him it was a honor catching one of his archnemeses. Robin claimed he did. She called him a liar. Batman grunted something and walked away. Robin pointed out the Riddler was gone and rubbed it in as Batman left through the skylight. Batgirl had enough of Robin and decided it was time to prove who was the better sidekick.

The Super Villains cased out the Metropolis Museum but Harley Quinn wanted to just rob it. Catwoman insisted the prize would arrive the next day. Lena Luthor approached them in her new warsuit and wanted to be their associate. They weren't interested. She promised she could help them and demonstrated her rocket arms. The rocket ricocheted off the sign and hit her. The next night, the villains broke into the museum. Supergirl overheard something and investigated. She stepped on a rubber duck and ran into Lena Luthor. With her face concealed, Supergirl didn't recognize her and brushed her off. Insulted, Luthor attacked her. She blasted her with a rocket then threw out several weaponized rubber ducks. They formed a laser prison around Supergirl. Luthor fired a grappling hook and climbed in. The Super Villains made their way to the Grand Hall. Harley sprayed the security camera with whipped cream then vandalized statues and walls. Livewire expedited things and blasted the camera. The security guard lost their feed. Luthor trapped him in laser prison.

Supergirl wondered how her day could get any worse. She blasted a duck with heat vision. The lasers shifted to Kryptonite in nature. Poison Ivy was interested in looking for exotic plants in the Butterfly Pavilion. Catwoman directed everyone to the new Egyptian Artifacts exhibit. Star Sapphire was eager to pilfer any and all jewels, conjuring a cart construct. They all perked up to the idea. Catwoman spotted what she wanted, a pot with cat imagery. Sapphire went wild over a jewel encrusted ankh and made a drill gun construct. Giganta couldn't find much in her size. Livewire was not impressed. Ivy hated the fake plants. Harley sprayed whipped cream on a pharaoh statute. Catwoman was ready to head out but Luthor found them. She took offense to being called a "little girl" and trapped them in a laser prison. She gloated but coughed mid-way, not having perfected her evil laugh yet. Catwoman tried to entice her with cute eyes but Luthor declared she now had her own team. The Super Hero Girls arrived and found Supergirl. They suspected Lex Luthor after seeing "Lexcorp" on the rubber ducks. They tried in vain to free her.

Bumblebee pointed out the ducks make out a pattern, a circuit. She retrieved a rubber ball from the trash but Zatanna found wood and cast a spell to block the circuit. Bumblebee was miffed at being grandstanded. They ran inside and ran afoul of an army of rubber ducks. Bumblebee was fascinated but they started shooting red lasers at them. Wonder Woman was amused by the squeak they made when lassoed but no one else was smitten. Luthor starting firing rockets at them. Green Lantern caught one with a baseball glove construct then everyone attacked Luthor. Zatanna realized the ducks were remote-controlled. Recalling what she learned in Robotics Club, Zatanna took her communicator and reconfigured it into a remote, aligned the frequency, and took control of the ducks. They turned on Luthor and fired at her. The security guard and Super Villains were released. They tried to sneak out but the Super Hero Girls confronted them. Bumblebee snatched the ankh from Sapphire. Wonder Woman declared to Catwoman she wasn't getting away with the chamber pot. Batgirl busted out laughing because that was a toilet. Catwoman dropped it in disgust. Lantern made a pillow construct for it to land on.

Luthor stripped her suit off and jumped into a crate. Supergirl trapped her inside with several rubber ducks. Batgirl sent an anonymous text to the Lexcorp Toy Factory to get their ducks. Supergirl apologized for letting them down and assumed she was off the team. They reminded her she was their friend first and foremost and hugged her. Supergirl heard the school bell. They rushed off. Lex Luthor arrived in a special van and scooped up the suit and ducks like a garbage truck. He told his sister she was lucky she wasn't riding in the back with the ducks. She hated being called "little sis." He decided to assign her to baby rattle duty at the factory, to her horror. The Super Hero Girls battled Cheetah at the Greek exhibit. She tossed up several vases to distract Lantern and Zatanna. Wonder Woman noticed a great rendering of Zeus on one. Bumblebee led Cheetah on a chase and she was lassoed by Wonder Woman. Green Lantern and Batgirl took care of returning artifacts to their rightful place and cleaning up. Batgirl wanted to use her new invention, the BatVac. The exhibit was later ransacked by Cheetah and her coalition of Cheetah clones. Zatanna cast a spell to clean up the exhibit.
