The Joker broke out of Arkham Reform School on Halloween and left one of his jack-in-a-box contraptions behind in his cell after he blew the door off its hinges. An Arkham guard discovered it, radioed security, and cranked the jack-in-a-box, releasing balloons and his Joker toxin gas. Joker from atop a tower nearby and laughed manically.
