Periwinkle Kryptonite is a type of Kryptonite that can make a Kryptonian feel feelings of giddiness. Through a sheer combination of factors, Bizarro Supergirl, who was posing as Kara Danvers, was wearing a necklace with a tanzanite gem and was doused with ethanoic acid from Jeremiah Danvers's Laundry Mist spray. The tanzanite's plaocroistic structure was altered on the molecular level and a synthetic version of Periwinkle Krytonite was created. It had the opposite effect on Bizarro Supergirl and filled her with rage. She grabbed Ted Kord, the billionaire whiz-kid scientist/investor Jeremiah was pitching to, asked him if he was afraid of heights, and flew off. Supergirl used Jeremiah Danvers's Note-A-Rang, which was really just a boomerang, to snatch the Periwinkle Kryptonite off Bizarro on the sly. Bizarro returned to normal, groaned, and flew away. Supergirl started happily laughing and realized she was exposed to the Kryptonite. She threw it up into the sky.
