H.E.R.O. was a car briefly shared by the Super Hero Girls before it met its untimely end. Batgirl chased after two criminals in ski masks who robbed the Bank of Moolah. However, she was on her moped and they soon sped off and left her in the dust. To add insult to injury, a rain storm moved on and then a car splashed water all over her. While the girls hung out at Sweet Justice, Barbara Gordon proposed the need for a "suped-up" car like Batman. Jessica Cruz noted the week before she wanted to take the family van to a rally for peace but her moms wanted to take it to one for love. Zee Zatara wished her driver would let her pick the music in the car for once. Diana Prince understood the virtues of a teenager owning her own vehicle even though she grew up riding horseback. Kara Danvers pointed out owning a car wasn't cheap and just the repair costs from her ripping off her steering wheel was steep. She inadvertently smashed the spoon for the ice cream to Karen Beecher's chagrin. Gordon suggested they pool their money together and buy a car. She reached into her hoodie and produced six spoons.

Everyone agreed except Beecher. She believed a car was a lot of responsibility and sharing one could cause arguments. Danvers quipped she was the only one who wasn't old enough to drive. Prince agreed and suggested they all vow not to argue about the car. They all agreed after Beecher sighed and raised her hand. Gordon wanted a super-fast sports car. Cruz wanted an eco-friendly electric motor. Beecher wanted state of the art tech. Danvers wanted a killer sound system. Zatara wanted it to have flair. Prince wanted it to be a noble chariot worthy of Zeus himself. The girls ended up with an extreme fixer upper of a car after they pooled their money together. As they looked at it in the junkyard, the tires fell off. Gordon insisted they just needed a little love and elbow crease to make it the car of their dreams. The hood suddenly lifted and something was on fire. Danvers held up the car while Zatara enchanted buckets and sponges to clean it. One of the sponges hint Danvers in the face. Cruz made a welding gun construct for Beecher. Prince and Gordon used spray cans to add a sick design.

Prince declared it would be the envy of the school parking lot. Gordon revealed she and Beecher added other adjustments. Beecher pretended to be a criminal. Gordon hit the Danger Mode red button on the console. The car's headlights were swapped out with cannons that reduced Beecher's fake ray gun to pieces. Gordon also showed off the hydraulics, oil slick and invisibility mode. Prince pointed out the car was invisible but not Gordon and found it absurd. Gordon was ready to come up with a name for the car. She suggested Batgirlmobile. Danvers immediately shot it down and suggested Supergirl's Mobile. Cruz shouted The Green Machine. Zatara should Zatanna's Magi-Car. Beecher proposed Karen's Future Car When She's Able to Drive. Gordon believed they could put their heads together and come up with a name they all agreed on in two seconds. Nine and a half hours later, they were set to vote on "SuperWonderBatBeeZeeLanternMobile." Cruz admitted she liked they had part of their name in the car but proposed something shorter. Gordon interpreted it as an acronym but she was starting to get loopy. Danvers got sarcastic in reaction to SWBBZLM.

Zatara believed they needed something simple that said "Hero!" Gordon tried to come up with acronym for H.E.R.O. and uttered Hitech Equally Rationed O-tomobile. Beecher pointed out the obvious with spelling automobile correctly. They all still voted for "H.E.R.O." and Gordon wanted to take it out on their first spin. All but Prince ran into the driver door at the same time. Prince thought of a sensible way to decide who drove first, seniority. Since she was 317 years old, Prince was the first driver. Everyone begrudgingly raised their hands in agreement. The rest called shotgun and piled into the front passenger seat at the same time. H.E.R.O.'s maiden drive was interrupted by heavy traffic. Beecher stated she had to go to the bathroom. With Gordon at the wheel, the girls went to a Big Borger. However, she drove over a speed bump and Beecher's burger spilled all over Zatara. While Zatara drove, Danvers saw a blue Beetle drive by and shouted "punch buggie blue!" Prince was confused. Danvers punched her out of the car.

Cruz and Danvers got into a radio war over serene or rock music. Prince finally turned the radio off. Gordon saw a big rig truck and gestured to the driver. The horn blared. Cruz was startled and swerved. The same robbers Gordon failed to capture happened to drive past them. They quickly changed in the car and went after them. Green Lantern insisted on driving only up to the maximum speed for the HOV lane. Zatanna and Supergirl quibbled over which turn to take to cut the robbers off. Bumblebee hit the Danger button. The car screeched and spun around then fired a giant cannon that popped out. The robber's car was engulfed in a net. The girls quibbled over who got to drive next. It soon became tense between the girls because of their car. At Sweet Justice, they glared at each other. Gordon noticed and proposed a driving chart to evenly divide up driving times. She promised if they followed it, things would be back to normal.

The next day, Gordon returned to the secret base late because Danvers left the gas tank empty in H.E.R.O., the girls' car. Danvers had to spend money on air fresheners because Cruz hauled compost. Beecher pointed out someone could have said something if they hadn't agreed not to argue. Prince suggested it was time to break their vow. They all agreed. Prince told Gordon her chart was preposterous, mainly because she to the car at 6 am on Sunday. Cruz thought that was better than 4 am on a Tuesday. Danvers pointed out she could use her ring to make any kind of vehicle she wanted. Cruz countered she could fly. Beecher thought they were both right then concluded it was her turn. Zatara pointed out she didn't have a license. Beecher thought it should still be her turn. Prince declared they were trading their schedules. Zatara wanted the car. Cruz did, too. Danvers had changed into Supergirl and flew off with the car.

Wonder Woman ran after her from rooftop to rooftop. She jumped and lassoed her and the car. Zatanna incanted and flew of with the car. Bumblebee flew in and slammed on the danger button. A cannon fired and fried Zatanna's hair. Batgirl dived after the plummeting car and successfully fired a grappling hook into the driver's seat. She buckled up but realized they were falling. Lantern made a trampoline construct. The girls pulled at the car at the same time. They eventually lost their grips and the car crashed into a handicap stall. It was a total loss. A police officer came and gave it a ticket for parking illegally. H.E.R.O. powered down. The girls made amends with each other and hugged. Supergirl asked if they remembered to get car insurance. It caught on fire and was reduced to a pile of ash.
