Origins unknown, Bizarro Supergirl is a near-doppelganger of Supergirl. She talks in broken English, likes being evil and destroying things, and has different super powers like ice vision instead of heat vision, fire breath instead of ice breath, and her super breath revolves around inhaling instead of exhaling. Both share similarities like strength, flight, invulnerability, and being angry and violent most of the time. Bizarro Supergirl resented how Bizarro Superman always got commended for being the greatest villain and the most evil. She wanted to be a great villain and prove she was bad, too. Bizarro Supergirl demolished Smallville High's gym. Danvers found herself in the middle of the gym in the aftermath. Her classmates blamed her for it. After a brief discussion over the weekend, the school expelled Danvers despite her claims she was framed. She transferred to Metropolis High School.

Many months later, Bizarro Supergirl resumed her reign of destruction in Metropolis. She left graffiti at Metropolis High that read, "MR CHAPIN STINCKS!", stole the roof off Mr. Chapin's convertible, threw the bell from the tower into the pool, tp'ed Chapin's house, and flipped the Lady Justice statue upside down. Danvers was blamed for it all and suspended for a week. Bizarro Supergirl tagged "Super Girl Rulezzz" on a part of the Great Wall of China in her bid to mess up the world. Supergirl was blamed for it. Bizarro Supergirl ripped the entire roof off the Taj Mahal in her bid to mess up the world. Supergirl was blamed for it. Bizarro Supergirl threw Stonehenge into the River Thames near Westminster Bridge, Big Ben, and the London Eye. Supergirl was blamed for it. Bizarro Supergirl threw toilet paper rolls all over the Kremlin in Moscow. Supergirl was blamed for it. Bizarro Supergirl flipped a pyramid in Egypt upside down. Supergirl was blamed. She vowed to prove she was a good guy by being one.

Supergirl lifted up the pyramid and was about to fix it but Bizarro Supergirl tackled her into a dune. She declared Supergirl couldn't stop her. She flew her up then punched Supergirl into the dune. Batgirl peered down into the crater and told Supergirl she believed her now. Supergirl sighed. Clark Kent filled Supergirl in on what he knew about Bizarros. She hung up, huffed, and sped back to Metropolis, the next target. Batgirl was bugged about the claim the Bizarros were the opposite of their counterpart and wondered why Supergirl's was still strong or could fly. Just as Supergirl and Batgirl landed in Metropolis, the former was hit by Bizarro Supergirl's fire breath. Batgirl pointed out they were both angry and violent. Bizarro Supergirl yelled at her to say out of the way and exhaled fire breath again. Supergirl countered with her freeze breath. It was a draw. Batgirl pointed out that was opposite. Bizarro Supergirl fired ice vision and Supergirl countered with heat vision. Batgirl pointed out the difference again.

Bizarro Supergirl inhaled and started pulling everything nearby to her but Supergirl countered with her super breath and knocked her into a building. She grabbed Bizarro and decked her to space. Bizarro stomped her into the street then started throwing cars at her. Batgirl kept score of differences on a white board. Supergirl refused to let her destroy her city. She noticed a Superman statue and used heat vision to destroy the head. Bizarro threw a tour bus and destroyed the rest of the statue but it hit a building then the building fell on Supergirl. Citizens blamed Supergirl. Supergirl dropped to her knees and gave up, no matter what she did she was blamed for things. Batgirl tried to rally her with using one last super power. Supergirl recalled Superman told her about a Super Flare, using all the solar energy in her cells and concentrating all her Kryptonian strength into one powerful blast but she would be left powerless for a time. Bizarro fired ice vision at the citizens and they ran away.

Supergirl decided to stick up for herself and lay it all on the line. She posed, embraced Batgirl, then flew away. Batgirl's resolve broke and she cried in pain over her broken hand. She donned gloves, a welder's mask, and shield as Supergirl and Bizarro used a Super Flare on each other. A giant crater was left in their wake. Bizarro sat up but Batgirl tied her up with rope. To her surprise, Bizarro started crying at the thought of Bizarro Superman getting all the glory instead of her. Supergirl empathized and hugged her. Batgirl pointed out that was not opposite. The confusion was cleared up. Supergirl got her reputation back and Bizarro Supergirl was declared a terrifying new villain on the front page of the Daily Planet. They celebrated over ice cream at Sweet Justice as their alter egos. Bizarro added their dumb cousins weren't on the front page. They clinked bowls and ate rapidly. Barbara Gordon stepped in and saw them eating. She changed her mind and left.

During Batgirl's absence from the team working with Batman, the girls attempted to replace her. Supergirl presented Bizarro Supergirl as her choice for the team. Bumblebee tried to be friendly but forgot the opposite nature of her. She interpreted Bumblebee's words as wanting to be enemies and chased her around. Bumblebee suffered a possible concussion. She asked Bizarro Supergirl for help fixing the proto-oscillator so she broke it. Danvers later brought Bizarro Supergirl back to the base and explained she wanted her to pretend to be her and act like everything Jeremiah Danvers pitched to Ted Kord was totally killer. Bizarro understood she had to kill the rich dork. Danvers told her to just be normal. Bizarro understood but wanted a favor in return and whispered her demand to Danvers. She wanted to go to an Up Past 8 concert. Bizarro Supergirl went to the wrong house and confused a senior couple. She introduced herself as "not Bizarro Kara." The husband left and returned to the door with a bat.

Danvers quickly got her and explained that wasn't her parents, if those were her parents she wouldn't introduce herself, and was incensed she came in her costume. She relocated her to her bedroom and dressed her in her clothes. Danvers felt something was missing and dug around in a drawer. She found a necklace that Jeremiah made from his rare gem collection. She then instructed Bizarro to keep her responses short like "Yeah," "No," and "Cool." Bizarro wrote them on on the palm of her hand for future reference. Danvers suggested smiling but rescinded it when she saw Bizarro's attempt. She ended by telling Bizarro that when in doubt, ask herself, "What would Kara do?" There was silence. She clarified, "What would ugly me do?" Bizarro nodded. Danvers pushed her outside. Ted Kord arrived and joked about having no relation to Kord Enterprises, the company that Business-Bro Magazine called an up and coming powerhouse. He quickly shook everyone's hands then gave Bizarro a copy of the issue.

Kord assumed she was Kara Danvers. She looked at her hand and replied, "Yeah." He joked she couldn't find anything better to do on a Friday night. She looked at her hand and replied, "No." Kord realized he didn't either. She looked at her hand and replied, "Cool." Jeremiah tried his opening speech but Kord cut him off and suggested they get down to business. Bizarro looked at her hand and said, "Yeah." Kord noted she didn't talk much. Bizarro looked at her hand and said, "No." He admired that. Danvers overheard everything and flew out her window to go to the Lazarus Pit. At the concert, she confessed her plan to Cruz after she got suspicious. Danvers assured her she was 100 percent positive that Bizarro was doing great. She realized Bizarro was standing right next to her. Bizarro stated there were too many questions so she asked herself, "What would ugly me do?" She realized it was, "Blow off boring dinner and go bang head." The Maniaxe started their act. Danvers reminded Bizarro she had to do it and if anything else came up, call her.

Bizarro nodded and left and called up Danvers to tell her she was locked out. Danvers rushed over and returned. Bizarro called her about a clogged toilet. Danvers rushed over and returned. Bizarro called and told her she was locked out again. Danvers rushed over and returned. Bizarro called from Danvers's bedroom and told her she didn't want to do it anymore. Jeremiah entered and announced they had one last chance to impress Ted Kord. He admitted he was a little off but was glad she was there with him. Danvers heard everything and was chosen by the Maniaxe to shred. She looked at Jeremiah's note and returned home instead of accepting their invitation. Jeremiah Danvers presented his Laundry Mist spray, put some dirt on Bizarro's arm and gave her the spray bottle. Bizarro smashed the bottle instead of spraying and got the solution all over, including the necklace Kara Danvers put on her. The spray's ethanoic acid altered the tanzanite gem's plaocroistic structure on the molecular level and created a synthetic version of Periwinkle Krytonite. It had the opposite effect and Bizarro and made her angry. She grabbed Kord, asked him if he was afraid of heights, and flew outside before he could answer.

Supergirl caught up and threw Jeremiah's Note-A-Rang. Bizarro dodged it easily but dropped Kord. Supergirl saved him and caught the Note-A-Rang. Bizarro chided her for missing but Supergirl revealed she used it to snatch the Periwinkle Kryptonite off her. Bizarro returned to normal, groaned, and flew away. Danvers and Bizarro later attended an Up Past 8 concert at Metropolis Gardens and got front row seats. They serenaded Bizarro, who "sang" along. Danvers regretted making the deal and liked Bizarro better when she was angry.
