Harvey Bullock is a detective with the Gotham City Police Department. Bullock was at the scene of Joker's headquarters on the outskirts of Gotham after he was captured by Batman and Nightwing late one Thursday evening. The Joker was unable to carry out a plan to target the Gotham City Barbecue Festival, much to Bullock's delight. Poison Ivy arrived to rescue Harley Quinn. Bullock opened fire in vain.
