Five days after the Weinwright Swamp battle, Nightwing returned to the Batcave in the evening after failing to locate Harley Quinn. Alfred Pennyworth greeted him first. Pennyworth noticed something was wrong and inquired. Nightwing claimed it was nothing and tried to ask Bruce Wayne something but was cut off with a "no." Nightwing tried to ask if he could take the Batmobile out but Wayne cut him off again with another "no."
