Poison Ivy would often turn plants like bushes or trees into monster watchdogs to take out any interlopers before they got too close to her location. Harley Quinn observed this practice and experienced it when Ivy turned her lollipop stick into a three-headed snake twig creature while it was still in her mouth. Ever since then, Harley kept concentrated weed-killer in her aresenal about the size of a marble. Batman, Nightwing, Harley Quinn, and A.R.G.U.S. tactical agents closed in on Ivy and Floronic Man in Weinwright Swamp in Louisiana. Several agents were pulled down holes in the ground and eaten. Harley saw another of Ivy's traps and instructed Batman and Nightwing to go a different way. She then shoved them into the swamp water below. Tendrils from a giant tree grabbed them and dragged them to the shore.
Harley claimed she was doing exactly what he expected her to, betray them at the last second. Harley tried to reason with Ivy to back down but she wouldn't budge. Harley threw her concentrated weed-killer marbles into the tree's mouth and it disintegrated. After the A.R.G.U.S. agents caught up and opened fire, several of Ivy's mobile traps appeared. They attacked the agents and ate them some of them.
