For a time, Harley Quinn was considered the queen of the henchmen in Gotham City. After parting ways with the Joker for good, Harley went with Poison Ivy's henchman Doug to a poker game behind the Iceberg Lounge. The others recognized Harley as Joker's doll but she corrected them she wasn't anymore and added she kicked him so hard in the crotch he was still sitting down to pee a week later. Rhino congratulated her and asked who she was henching for. Doug answered Poison Ivy for her. Harley became upset they thought she was Ivy's henchman. Someone noted they all thought she was the queen of them. She only got angrier. Doug told her to calm down. Harley kicked the table and proclaimed she was "Harley Freaking Quinn." A fight broke out and Doug was blamed for it.

Harley Quinn believed the key to finding Poison Ivy was through one of her top henchmen, Doug, who she referred to as "Shrubby," and she deduced he was at a dive bar located betwen Gotham City and Bludhaven where henchmen tended to congregate. She directed Batman to take the Donnenfeld Expressway to Bludhaven. Batman looked at Nightwing, who shrugged. Batman turned right and took the Expressway. They eventually arrived at the bar. Harley assured them it looked like and was a total dump but claimed all the cool hench-people hung out there. A who's who of henchmen were inside. Catwoman's henchmen, Ubu, Captain Clown, Enrique El Gancho, Randa Duane, Maven, Riddler's henchmen, Ratso, Nitro, Emmylou Brown, Germs, Calendar Girl's henchmen, Rhino, Min and Max, Jay and Lark, Lily and Violet, an Ice Maiden, Larry, Mo, and Curl, Rocco and Henshaw, and Snap and Numbers. Nightwing became uneasy and likened it to nightmares he has. He wasn't sure they were welcome. Harley downplayed the stares and advised to look less like they had a stick up their asses.

Min and Max were on the stage singing "Don't Pull Your Love" when Harley sighted Doug on the dance floor. She swung her butt and knocked the Ice Maiden away from Shrubby and made small talk. Catwoman's henchmen ordered a glass of milk for Batman as a prank and snickered. Harley walked to Batman and Nightwing and informed them she had to do something for Doug or there was no deal. Harley took the stage and sang Blondie's "Hanging on the Telephone." Even Batman tapped to her singing then stopped when Nightwing noticed. One of Catwoman's henchmen mocked Batman with the Batusi dance and was backhanded. The other henchman was about to act but Rhino stopped him. Nightwing took to dancing with a woman. Once Harley was finished, Doug wrote the location of Ivy's hideout on a matchbook. She thanked him and kissed him on the cheek. Before the trio could leave, the henchmen blocked the exit. Rhino vowed the only way he would leave was in a body bag. Batman drank all of the milk at once, tossed his Utility Belt on the floor and readied himself for a fight. The trio left the bar very content.

Five days later, Nightwing took Alfred Pennyworth with him to the bar to blow off a bit of steam. When they entered, Two-Face was singing. Nightwing tried to ask Doug where Harley was but he had no reason to play nice. Catwoman's henchmen recognized him. A fight broke out. The bartender readied a shattered bottle but was kicked in the face by Nightwing. He leaped over the bar and drank until Batman showed up.
