Mrs. Liebowitz held a birthday party for her son in the backyward of their home. Joker randomly crashed into the backyard and was mistaken by the son to be the clown hired to perform. Joker tied up and gagged everyone then told his jokes. Billy Batson happened to be one of the son's friends and returned to the party with the ice cream Mrs. Liebowitz asked for. Shazam soon stopped the Joker. The son demanded the jokes to stop and asked for balloon animals next. Shazam forced Joker to help make balloon animals.
