Mrs. Liebowitz held a birthday party for her son in the backyward of their home. Joker randomly crashed into the backyard and was mistaken by the son to the clown hired to perform. Liebowitz yelled at Joker for being late. He naturally took offense but her son asked if he was telling jokes. Joker tied up and gagged everyone then told his jokes. Billy Batson happened to be one of the son's friends and returned to the party with the ice cream Mrs. Liebowitz asked for. Shazam soon stopped the Joker and freed everyone.
