Gotham Books is a chain of bookstores in Gotham City. Booster Gold held a book signing at a Gotham Books for his book "All That Glitters" and drew a crowd with a false promise of a special guest appearance from Batman. Some didn't know who Booster was. Red Velvet appeared and was mistaken for an Elseworld's Harley Quinn by a cosplayer and for a Red Lantern by Booster. She fired her lasers. Booster grabbed the cosplayer and formed a protective sphere around them. Red Velvet mentioned she did it get his attention then collapsed the store. When Booster emerged, she was already gone.
