The Time Suit is the result of a temporary alliance between Lex Luthor and Chronos. It can grant super speed, accelerate time, and stop it. Based on one of Luthor's warsuits, the Time Suit was charged with the Speed Force of the Flash and Superman. As they participated in a charity race, their rigged Hero Tracker GPS devices sent an energy signal that were transferred, thanks in part to Luthor's satellite connections, to the Time Suit. In record time, the suit was fully charged. Luthor blasted Chronos and took the suit for his own. He pressed the "L" on the chest plate and the suit flew onto him. Luthor could immediately feel the Speed Force. He tried out the suit and stopped time around a falcon outside then used 10% of the suit's power to rapidly age Chronos into an elderly man. He sped off and caught up to Flash and Superman. He ran ahead of them to a beach and erected a time-wall. Ignorant of what it was, Superman ran into it and was knocked flat on his back. Luthor went to S.T.A.R. Labs and stopped time around the two guards at the entrance.
Luthor then stopped time around Green Lantern, Hawkman, and Wonder Woman then aged Cyborg into an elderly man. Flash was unable to vibrate his molecules through the time-wall around S.T.A.R. Labs but with the added power of Superman's Speed Force thanks to Batman's program, he succeeded. Flash confronted Luthor and prevented him from taking over the world's missile systems. He knocked Luthor back with an uppercut and his Time Suit lost power. Everyone affected by the Time Suit was restored to normal.
