Poison Ivy devised plant bombs for her latest plot to reshape Gotham City into a garden of Eden. About the size of a grenade, the plant bombs instantly generate monstrous vines upon impact or enlarge an existing plant. Ivy tasked Harley Quinn with dispensing her plant bombs all over Gotham. She returned to Ivy's hideout on top of the Kanaghier Building for a new batch. She immobilized Vixen with a plant bomb then located Swamp Thing, who was being subjected to nuclear dehydration in order to break Ivy's control over him, and threw several plant bombs at him. Swamp Thing was rejuvenated, grew to a monstrous size, and grew extra foliage. Vixen broke free using the power of a puffer fish.
