Chronos escaped from a Wayne Enterprises facility with the final component he needed for his latest time travel scheme. He used an O Wheel Car, a futuristic vehicle that is a pair of rotating wheels balanced by a gyroscope - meaning the entire hub has its center of gravity below the wheel axis. The vehicle's structure, crafted from ultra-durable composite materials, and wide track give it great strength, agility, and speed. Batman and Blue Beetle chased Chronos through the docks but used some Time Bombs to get ahead. He returned to his hideout in a rundown apartment building. He crashed the wheel into a wall and ran off to his lab to charge up his Time Glove.
