Khaji-Da is an advanced alien device that resembles a beetle. It arrived on Earth and fused to the spine of a teenager named Jaime Reyes. He discovered it could generate a suit of armor for him and any piece of technology he could think of. He became a superhero named Blue Beetle. Reyes and Khaji-Da shared a mental link, as well. But others only heard Khaji-Da make chirping sounds. Nonetheless, Khaji-Da often tells it how it is. If Reyes makes a mistake, it lets him know it.
