The Helmet of Fate is one of the most powerful magical objects in all creation. It is currently worn by the superhero Dr. Fate. Klarion the Witch Boy coveted the Helmet and wanted to rule Earth as Sorceror Supreme with it. In a story told by Cain, Klarion turned Fate, Batman, Zatanna, and Constantine into 10 year olds with their memories wiped and planned to trap them in the House of Mystery after he stole the Helmet. Klarion succeeded in taking the Helmet for himself but Kid Constantine enchanted red hot cinnamon balls and forced Klarion to abandon the Helmet. The kids scrambled for the Helmet as several Halloween Monsters closed in. Fate put it back on and banished the monsters through portals. He then ordered the House of Mystery to obey the will of Fate and release them. Barely midnight, the House complied and ejected the Justice League.
