Poison Ivy attacked Gotham City with her Venus Fly Trap Monster and Ivy League of fellow villains Star Sapphire, Cheetah, and Ember. Batman was eventually grabbed by the plant. Superman later redirected Star Sapphire's laser at the base of the plant. Batman leaped atop it and defeated Poison Ivy with a leg sweep. He dropped down with Ivy as the Venus Fly Trap Monster fell to the ground.
