The Resistance is an underground movement born in the wake of the Amazonian invasion of the United Kingdom. Led by Grifter, they encountered Lois Lane and pulled her from the scene of several dead Amazons. In coordination with Cyborg, the Resistance intervened in the battle between the Amazons and Atlanteans and proceeded to kill as many from both sides as they could to force an armistice.
