Master Miser is a genius whose lifelong passion was to bring cheap computers to the world. He was also famous for throwing fits. He was chosen to compete in the pilot episode of TechTalkTV. In the second round, he was paired up with Almight Dolores Dollar. Rather than finish creating a new computer program, they yelled at each other and lost major points. After Batgirl was declared the champion, Miser threw a hissy fit.
