Alicia Chen founded a production company that produced top reality shows famous for surprises. While she was in production for the pilot of a new show called TechTalk TV, a high tech competition, Batgirl was recommended to Chen by Doc Magnus. To drum up publicity, Chen leaked the list of potential contestants. On the day of the live show, she wore a chic red outfit, sky-high boots, and a sparkling tiny hat. She wished Batgirl good luck on the competition then noticed Supergirl. Chen revealed she was thinking of producing a super hero reality series next and handed her business card to Supergirl. During the final round of Tech Talk, Cyborg instantly quieted the crowd by letting out a sonic blast. Chen handed him her card.
