Ratcatcher is a student at CAD Academy and hangs out with Captain Cold and Heat Wave. Though he is the smallest of the three, there is something undeniably sinister about him. While hassling Steve Trevor at the Capes & Cowls Cafe, Ratcatcher took some rat traps out his pocket and threw them on the floor to trip up Trevor. Wonder Woman had enough and used her Lasso of Truth on all them and made them confess their greatest fears. Ratcatcher was afraid of having to give a speech in class. He was chosen for CAD's team in the 100th Annual Super Triathlon. Before the opening ceremony, Ratcatcher knocked a student from Stalwart Secondary over. Ratcatcher continued to prank Trevor at Capes & Cowls. He once tried to throw a trap out on the floor but Wonder Woman whipped it away with her Lasso of Truth. Captain Cold, Ratcatcher, and Magpie did break dancing for Harley's Dance-O-Rama then heavy metal for her Battle of the Bands. Ratcatcher tore down competitors' posters and left lot's of traps.
