He's smart, athletic, charismatic and pretty much school royalty. Hal's extremely charming, a Heroball superstar and down for anything...what's not to love? Originally from Coast City, Jordan is currently a junior member of the Green Lantern Corps and is in training to protect Earth and the rest of Space Sector 2814 after he graduates from Super Hero High.

Hal Jordan is a Junior Green Lantern but can be self-centered at times. He formed a hand construct and opened the doors of Super Hero High for Bumblebee and Wonder Woman. Jordan held out his hand to shake but Wonder Woman misunderstood and tossed him far away. He yelled out he was okay. Jordan is a member of the Science Club and the Bird Watcher's Club. During a Weaponomics demonstration, Jordan formed fists and based Fox's Fiends then flew straight into the burning forest. The safety team doused him and he was benched despite protesting. He attended the party celebrating Wonder Woman's first supervillain defeat.

The day before semester finals, Hal watched Cheetah and Wonder Woman spar in P.E. class then went to the school assembly in the auditorium then to Intro to Super Suits class. Star Sapphire "reminded" him to ask her to Harley Quinn's party. He asked then she replied she would think about it. They both went to the party after school. Jordan helped set up for Hero of the Year and also was a part of Crazy Quilt's production. He was voted "Handsomest Hero" in the Super Hero High School Yearbook. Near the end of summer break, Hal Jordan and Star Sapphire had a picnic in Centennial Park but they argued after Strife cast her spell of discord on them. Jordan told her to stop nagging him. She dumped a drink on his head. Aphrodite flirted with Jordan. Sapphire got angry and fired arrow constructs at him. The spell broke and they returned to Super Hero High to help defeat the invading gods. In the aftermath, Jordan formed a giant hand construct and held Apollo until he returned to normal.

After Christmas, Jordan got called up to the Green Lantern Corps and had to fly to Oa, the planetary headquarters of the Corps, to finish his training so he could protect all of Space Sector 2814. Jordan battled Solomon Grundy on a roof near S.T.A.R. Labs one night. He tired of Grundy's one liner about being born on a Monday and encouraged him to get new material. He dodged Grundy's strikes but fell off the edge of the roof after he overhead slammed it. Grundy looked and Jordan flew back up, mocking him for believing he fell to his doom. Jordan fired dart constructs. Grundy tried to run away but Jordan fired an arm construct and grabbed him. Footage of the fight was played at his going away party at Capes & Cowls Cafe. Jordan thanked everyone for the party. Lois Lane started the interview and asked him if he had anything he wanted to tell his fans before he left for Oa. Jordan reiterated how sweet it was to be moving up from Junior Green Lantern to the Green Lantern Corps.

He advised his fans not to worry because another ring would be sent to choose a new Green Lantern to protect Earth. He promised it would choose someone fearless like him but couldn't guarantee the Lantern would be as handsome as he was. Jessica Cruz, Lane's cameragirl, was started by a balloon popping. Solomon Grundy entered the cafe and wanted to get revenge on Jordan but he saw the fresh Super Food Cake on the counter. Starfire, Supergirl, Star Sapphire, Batgirl, the Flash, and Wonder Woman made short work of him. Jordan looked under the table at Cruz and declared Earth was safe. Jordan helped up Cruz. Lane cleared her throat and Cruz aimed the camera back at her. Lane signed off telling fans Earth had nothing to fear. Supergirl piloted her rocket ship and escorted Jordan off planet to Oa. They unknowingly passed by Sinestro's cloaked ship. Sinestro relished that Earth was finally without a Green Lantern and flew towards the planet. Star Sapphire missed him and joined Jessica Cruz' party in order to visit him.

Jessica Cruz, Star Sapphire, Beast Boy, and Big Barda had themselves teleported to the Phantom Zone for a rescue operation. After they took out the majority of the criminals, they liberated the Green Lanterns. Hal Jordan and Star Sapphire were happy to be reunited with each other. Upon landing, they held hands as they blasted the Kryptonian terraformer robots.
