(Novels only) Honeycomb Hall was once a grand castle in Bialya. It became run down and the landscape around it was blighted and desolate. It served as the hideout of the supervillain Queen Bee and where she stockpiled jars of honey. After tricking Bumblebee's parents into an all-expenses vacation to Bialya, Queen Bee forced her to come to the Honeycomb Hall. Bumblebee observed mazes of rooms and worn tapestries depicting staid royal families. Queen Bee revealed her plans to use her BotBees to shower slumber dust, her man-made pollen, all over the world and make honeybees sleepy. With no pollination taking place, there would be no food, all life would be destroyed, and she would take control of the world. Beast Boy was the first super to arrive to back up Bumblebee and was tasked with distracting her Royal Army. Bumblebee pleaded with Cuckoo to stand up to her in exchange for protection. Beatriz, now Queen Bee, grabbed atomizers and fired slumber dust at Bumblebee. Bumblebee shrunk to evade the dust and knocked Queen over with her sonic blasters. She countered with her venom stingers and nicked Bumblebee's shoulder.
Queen tried to sway Bumblebee to her side with the promise of becoming her top general and all the honey she could eat but was turned down. She took cover from Bumblebee's blasters from behind her throne. Queen tried to stomp her but she grew back to normal size and tossed her. However, her suit's power began to run out. She attempted to recharge off the Sun as much as she could. Queen began enlarging her army despite Bumblebee warning her altering their size could be disastrous without the right program and settings. Several Supers arrived and battled the army, including Wonder Woman, Batgirl, Supergirl, Big Barda, Flash, Frost, and Harley Quinn. Queen taunted Bumblebee she was nothing without her suit. She powered down her suit and quickly took stock of the throne room. She managed to grab Queen's control box and tossed it to Batgirl to reprogram. Bumblebee then used the castle's old iron cannon to shoot honey jars at Queen Bee, pinned her royal robe to a wall with a spear, and used a battle axe to cut down heavy velvet curtains that flanked the hall's tapestry. It fell on Queen then Bumblebee grabbed cord to tie her up.
Bumblebee placed Cuckoo Bee in charge of Honeycomb Hall. Bumblebee shrank the Royal Army back to normal size. They became docile and accept her as their new queen. Bumblebee ordered them to be free and never be under anyone's control again. They flew three circles of gratitude around her.
