Lena Luthor planted one of her primary Electromagnetic Generators on the top of a pyramid in Egypt and left Yellow Kryptomites to guard it. Wonder Woman arrived in her Invisible Jet but were hit with the Kryptomites' fear-inducing powers. She panicked and flew away and hid. She feared she was letting everyone down, getting transferred to Themyscira Academy, and not seeing her friends anymore. Wonder Woman realized it was all part of Luthor's trap and used the Lasso of Truth on herself. She vowed to keep fighting and not let anyone down then summoned her Wonder Cycle. She tried to warn Supergirl and Batgirl but they were injected by Kryptomites, too. Wonder Woman drove up the side of the pyramid, grabbed the generator, and slammed it on top a nearby obelisk then made an emotional appeal to them. They broke through the Kryptomite's powers and completed their missions. As Eclipso's true plan came to fruition, Egypt was one of the cities where terraforming took root. Once Supergirl uploaded a computer virus into Eclipso's generator, the crystals receded.
