The Utility Belt is the primary source for Batgirl's various tools and weapons, such as a grapnel, Batarangs, and handcuff lock pickers. Held in a Kryptonite-powered prison with Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Poison Ivy, Katana, Bumblebee, and Harley Quinn, Batgirl combined contents of her Utility Belt with other gear to invent an ad hoc power amplifier for Ivy so she could summon a plant out of her range.
