After Harley Quinn put a micro-camera on Bumblebee, Batgirl was inspired and toyed with a prototype of a micro ring-activated drone camera. She built a small screen into the ring. It was named the QuinnCam. During Harley's confrontation with the Mad Hatter, she put on the ring and broadcast him talking about his plans to use her fame and mind control her fans. She then destroyed the QuinnCam before Mad Hatter could use it to send his hypnotic waves.
