The Mobile HQ is a Bat Bunker on wheels kept by Batgirl at her Capes & Cowls Cafe Bat Bunker. During an incident with Ares, Batgirl went to the bunker to arm up and get the Mobile HQ. Flash arrived and asked what he could do to help. Tremors caused by Ares above ground triggered a cave-in. Flash gathered what he could, a laptop and books, then ran into the Mobile HQ. Batgirl took off and they escaped just in time. She drove back to Super Hero High and picked up Frost, Lady Shiva, Ivy, and Harley Quinn for the battle. Batgirl had Oracle run an analysis on Ares for any weakness. She directed Starfire and Bumblebee to fire on the lightning rod Ares was using as a weapon. Overwhelmed by the energy surge, Ares was stunned. Wonder Woman lassoed one leg. Harley emerged from the back of the Mobile HQ with a large grapnel cannon and roped the other leg. Batgirl sped off. Beast Boy, Hawkgirl, and Miss Martian attacked from the sky and together, they forced Ares to the pavement.
Batgirl and Miss Martian set off for Catwoman's dorm room in the Mobile HQ after the latter used her psionic power to trace the Amulet of Harmonia. As the battle continued, the Mobile HQ got knocked on its side by Ares. Batgirl, Lady Shiva, and Big Barda worked on the Mobile HQ for shop mid-terms. Batgirl restored mobilization, Lady Shiva worked on the force field, and Barda worked on the armory. Batgirl was ready to call it a night but the Mobile HQ picked up criminal activity in the city. They set out on a test drive and encountered Perry, Granny Goodness' pet Parademon. Perry wanted to play and snapped a light pole then threw it at the Mobile HQ. The force field activated and deflected it. Batgirl and Lady Shiva suspected Granny set a trap and they followed Perry in the van. Shiva put on the overhead gauntlet above the front passenger seat and used a giant mechanical arm to grab a senior citizen crossing the street and placed him on the sidewalk.
Perry grabbed a manhole cover and tossed it. It bounced off the field. He grabbed it happily. The force field was down to ten percent. Batgirl thought he was trying to wear the field down. Lady Shiva pushed a button on the front panel and a turrent appeared from the right headlight. It vaporized the manhole cover to Perry's disappointment. Shiva pressed another button. The front emblem lifted up and a cannon fired a net and captured Perry. Batgirl and Catwoman took off in the Mobile HQ to catch up with Supergirl, Hawkgirl, and Beast Boy in the city after a Save the Day alarm was triggered. Catwoman opened the back door and invited many scared cats inside for safety.
