The Invisible Jet is Wonder Woman's personal vehicle. On the day of the Feast of the Five, Wonder Woman forgot where she parked the jet outside Capes & Cowls Cafe. They started looking at 3 pm in hopes of making it to Themyscira on full throttle. Supergirl mistakenly stopped a tow truck. Batgirl summoned the Metropolis Junior Detectives Society but Beast Boy was unable to sniff out the jet and found a blue frisbee instead. Harley Quinn proposed throwing buckets of disappearing ink around. Harley switched to a blaster and found the jet across the street. Wonder Woman, however, couldn't find the invisible keys...
The following semester, on a Friday, Wonder Woman gave the keys to Harley Quinn so she and Katana could help in the recovery of the Batjet in Smallville while she, Miss Martian, Beast Boy and Bumblebee flew. After the Batjet was secured, Wonder Woman asked Beast Boy and the Flash to fly the Invisible Jet back to Super Hero High while everyone else went to Themyscira for Wonder Woman's slumber party. She requested Beast Boy to refrain from being reckless. Beast Boy resented the implication. However, as soon as he took off, Beast Boy decided to see how fast the Invisible Jet could go. Wonder Woman and Bumblebee were about to use the Invisible Jet to leave for Mount Olympus during summer break but Hermes teleported them as part of his obligation to deliver a reply to Zeus. Wonder Woman helped Frost practice for her Flyer's Ed test with the Invisible Jet.
While out on a morning practice run, Frost had a hard time handling it and to make matters worse, the jet was attacked by Killer Moth in the Mothjet. Frost departed in the Turbo Seat. Mothjet's assault forced the Invisible Jet's tech panels to go offline and the jet went into lockdown. Wonder Woman pressed against the hull to ease the crash and landed in the harbor. Frost freezed it to prevent it from sinking then landed on top, aimed, and froze the Mothjet. Supergirl used her heat vision and Batgirl used her tools to break Wonder Woman out. Wonder Woman used the jet for a vehicle assignment and was passed by Doc Magnus. She later tried to teach Big Barda how to drive with the Invisible Jet. As they flew over the city, Wonder Woman instructed her to use the turn signal then guide the jet to the left. Barda took the jet on a nose dive and crashed into the harbor waters. Green Kryptomites swarmed the jet in the Mechanics, Robotics, and Automotive Workshop but Wonder Woman lassoed them all.
Novels only Wonder Woman flew the Invisible Jet to Bialya to help fight against Queen Bee's Royal Army. She found and picked up Queen Bee's former assistant Cuckoo Bee, whom Bumblebee set to go out and look for help. Wonder Woman later took Bumblebee's parents back home in Metropolis.
