The Batty Wagon is another vehicle engineered by Batgirl from upcycling. It is used as a modified paddywagon to store captured supervillains when the Metropolis Special Crimes Unit can't otherwise respond right away and provide transport. After Crazy Quilt was rescued and Killer Moth captured, Batgirl asked Oracle to remotely summon the Batty Wagon. It was soon pulled up to the curb outside Killer Moth's hideout. Moth was placed inside. Batgirl and Hawkgirl captured the Cloaked Shadow and transported her to Belle Reve Penitentiary in the Batty Wagon. Katana and Big Barda placed Double Dare into the Batty Wagon after a failed theft of the Weaponomics Cross Blaster Prototype. Solomon Grundy was placed inside the Batty Wagon after he crashed Hal Jordan's going away party. Sinestro landed unannounced and kidnapped Starfire, Flash, and Wonder Woman. Batgirl demanded their release. Sinestro formed a broom construct and sweeped the Batty Wagon away. The Double Dare Twins were walked into the Batty Wagon after a failed attempt to raid Lena Luthor's lab.

Mad Harriet was enraged with Harley Quinn's constant interference and attacked Harley at Super Hero High. She promised her next plan was even crazier but Wonder Woman threw a Blue Kryptomite at them. Its confusion powers affected both. Harriet surrendered and jumped into Batgirl's paddywagon and challenged Harriet to come up with something better. Harley did a book report on War & Peace.
