Batgirl invented the Hall Monitor Tracking App, or HMTA, so she could avoid Hawkgirl when she was on hall monitor duty and prevent one more demerit that would lead to detention and a mark on her permanent record. She created the app to show her how to avoid Hawkgirl. It worked but Harley Quinn learned about it. She dubbed it the Anti-Hall Monitor for sales purposes but Batgirl swore her to secrecy. Soon, every student at Super Hero High School except Hawkgirl downloaded it. Batgirl wasn't sure the A.I. functionality could handle all the input. Before she could run a test, Harley took her to Capes & Cowls Cafe for smoothies. Every student's phones levitated and combined into one being. The combined power of the phones gave the app sentience. The Anti-Hall Monitor declared the solution was to stay confined forever. It began teleporting supers into a prison of unknown location that was impervious to their various powers. Poison Ivy tried to run away and warn Batgirl and Harley Quinn, but they were transported to the prison.

Hawkgirl was the last super to be captured. Anti-Hall Monitor recognized her as the hall monitor and sought to destroy her. Hawkgirl grabbed the recycling bin and dunked it on his head and hid. She used her Mace of Justice and taunted the Monitor with demerits, in a hall without a pass and using unauthorized weapons during school hours. She bashed it into some lockers then knocked its head off. The Monitor's body exploded and the supers returned to the school. Batgirl was given detention.
