The Chimera is a legendary composite beast made of a lion, goat, and snake. It was one of Zeus' favorite pets. Halfway during a summer break, Ares suggested a hunt to capture only for family game day. Zeus loved the idea and chose his Chimera as the object of the hunt. Zeus released it and gave it a head start then told his children whoever returned it would receive a gift. No tracking devices, including cell phones, were allowed. Demeter tried to simple trap with fruit as a lure. Apollo armed himself with tranquilizer arrows. Aphrodite tried singing with a harp. Ares angrily slashed brush. Hermes ran around in vain. Wonder Woman, Siracca, and Bumblebee stuck together. Siracca had the wind tell her where it was. They tracked the Chimera to its hiding spot in some bushes. Wonder Woman leaped over its flame breath. Bumblebee narrowly dodged the snake but it accidentally bit its goat's neck.
The Chimera was was knocked out by its own venom. Wonder Woman carried it back to Zeus. Zeus thought it was a bad omen but sent it to his friend Panacea to heal it. Zeus awarded Cancelling Headphones to Bumblebee, an Enchanted Windchime to Siracca, and offered Wonder Woman the chance to become a full goddess.
