Stompa is a member of Apokolips' Female Furies. She is naturally strong and uses her high gravity boots to induce tremors. After Granny Goodness, their leader, brought them to Earth, she empowered them with the Amethyst then took the school with a brainwashing frequency. Granny had Big Barda, Stompa, and Artemiz keep post outside Principal Waller's office. Batgirl freed everyone with a De-Trancer despite Stompa triggering a tremor and Artemiz firing arrows at her. Lady Shiva fought Stompa but was tossed. Poison Ivy summoned plants to catch Shiva. Stompa gave chase. Ivy didn't take too kindly to Stompa messing up all the grass and wrapped her up in vines. Stompa and her comrades were sent to the Belle Reve Penitentiary and Juvenile Detention Center. During Spring Break, Lashina freed Stompa and Mad Harriet but Frost blocked their exit. Frost threw out a swirling mist as Stompa charged her. With a raise of her arms, Frost rose a column of ice and bound Stompa to the ceiling. She was returned to her cell. Stompa and the rest of the Furies were eventually freed by Lashina and they returned home.
