Giganta is a super villain who can increase her size to towering heights. She attempted to rob a bank on Griffin Avenue in Metropolis but Wonder Woman intervened. At Wonder Woman's behest, Giganta dropped her hostage. Wonder Woman caught him, placed him on a sidewalk, and did a somersault between Giganta's legs to catch the tablet she was using to speak with Supergirl. Giganta threw a car at her but Wonder Woman leaped off it and threw out her Lasso of Truth. Giganta caught it but she could only watch as Wonder Woman zipped around her and wrapped the lasso. Wonder Woman landed and slammed Giganta into the pavement. Upon returning to Super Hero High School, Wonder Woman was thrown a party to celebrate her first supervillain takedown. The battle made the front page of the news.
About a week later, Giganta attempted to rob Eclipso Jewels in downtown Metropolis. She tore the roof off and reached in. She was less than pleased to see Wonder Woman among the Super Hero High students that set out to stop her. Giganta took to throwing cars. After Supergirl injured Bumblebee with heat vision by mistake, Giganta resumed robbing Eclipso Jewels. Wonder Woman blasted at her with the Wonder Shield while Harley Quinn nailed her left foot with a mallet and Beast Boy landed on her right as an elephant. Cheetah wrapped Giganta's hair around her face then Poison Ivy wrapped her up in vines. Wonder Woman applied the finishing blow and blasted with the shield. Hawkgirl placed Harley's giant novelty handcuffs on Giganta.
At 8 pm the night before final exams, Giganta was seen outside Capes & Cowls Cafe. Wonder Woman, Hawkgirl, and Lady Shiva decided to capture her for extra credit in an attempt to break the three way tie for top of the class. Giganta yelled at Steve Trevor and repeated she didn't want whipped cream. Trevor ran outside and explained she grabbed Lois Lane's drink by mistake. Giganta took it as an insult and grabbed him. Wonder Woman ordered her to put Trevor down. Naturally, she dropped him. Wonder Woman caught him. Hawkgirl grabbed Giganta by her hair. Giganta ripped a light pole from its post but ran for Centennial Park. Wonder Woman threw out her Lasso of Truth and snagged her. Giganta fell to the ground. Commissioner Gordon arrived with Trevor and Lane and took over things. Giganta is currently doing community service to pay for her crimes. She helps with repossessing cars under police supervision.
On the day of the Hero of the Year ceremony, Wonder Woman and Supergirl asked Giganta if she knew anything about Dark Opal. Giganta, with the Lasso of Truth wrapped around a finger, admitted she didn't know anything. She went back to serving out her community service. She found a car illegally parked in front of a fire hydrant, admonished the owner, and threw it into the police impound yard nearby. While testing their stealth suits, Batgirl and Poison Ivy were grabbed by a giant Giganta. Giganta became infuriated when she couldn't find her sunglasses and rampaged through the city one night. Cyborg caught up to her and pointed out they were on her head the whole time. Cyborg mistakenly continued and advised her to get some anger management. Giganta denied having anger problems and threw her glasses at him. Cyborg flew off but Giganta pursued and swiped at him. Thunder and Lightning intervened. The three supers attacked Giganta in unison with their powers. Giganta grabbed a live wire at a power sub-station and was electrocuted.
Giganta fell over and the city experienced a blackout. Wonder Woman and Supergirl later arrived to help confine Giganta while the authorities performed an airlift to take her to prison. During the Christmas season, Giganta received a hand-made red scarf from Katana, Cyborg, and Hawkgirl. While she looked into the reflection of a skyscraper, Cyborg and Hawkgirl wrapped the scarf around her. She was elated and happy it was just her size. While out on the town, in a pink dress, Giganta's left earring was stolen by a blonde girl. She accused the girl on her balcony but got smacked with a purse. She threatened to call her lawyer. Frost, Bumblebee, and Wonder Woman arrived and tried to calm Giganta down. Giganta was adamant and grabbed the blonde. Bumblebee blasted Giganta's hand and she released the girl. Wonder Woman caught her. Giganta grabbed Wonder Woman and declared she didn't like her. Wonder Woman forced her way out. Giganta refused to back down and stomped the ground, knocked the parked cars in the air. She swatted a police car into Frost's ice bridge. Frost froze the street under her and she fell on her back. Frost then created ice hand cuffs. Wonder Woman realized her Lasso of Truth was missing.
Giganta created a traffic jam in her search for her earrings. A bus from Super Hero High happened to be in one of the lanes. Bumblebee rose up in her seat with a scope and she sighted Giganta. Giganta demanded to know where her earrings were. Bumblebee flew back down into the bus and alerted the others. Harley took evasive action. She punted Wildcat outside into a dumpster and took the wheel. Giganta leaped out in front of them but Harley split the front cab away from the bus. Giganta fell over trying to reach them and called no fair. She picked up and threw a car at them. Wonder Woman stated they had to stop her and give up on continuing their field trip. Wonder Woman flew up and ordered Giganta to put the car down. Giganta refused and swatted Wonder Woman several blocks into a park. Bumblebee ordered her to put her hands up. Giganta insisted she needed their help and didn't know of another way to contact them. She told them about her missing earrings and started to cry. Batgirl realized Cheetah took advantage of Giganta's anger management issues to steal the Lasso of Truth.
On Career Day at Super Hero High, Giganta went on a rampage in the morning and might have broke a Lady Justice statue.
