Haly's Circus is a travelling circus that tours throughout the United States and the world when it goes on foreign tour. Haly's main show includes performers of various talents such as acrobats, clowns, trained animals, trapeze acts, tightrope walkers, jugglers, fire-breathers, and strongmen. On April 1, 2006, Haly's Circus suffered a tragedy while on tour in Gotham City. A mobster named Tony Zucco sabotaged the trapeze act of the Flying Grayson's. Most of the Grayson clan fell to their deaths except for young Dick Grayson. Rick Grayson survived but was paralyzed for the rest of his life.
Four years later, in late December, Haly's was headlong into a tour across Europe, including Madrid, Paris, Bruges, and Geneva. Along the way, the circus took on new performers; Ray and the Daring Danger's. However, it was also under investigation by Interpol because each tour stop coincided with a hi-tech theft. To make matters even worse, the performers were all coming down with an odd 24 hour virus. It turned out the thief was hidden among Haly's. The man known as Ray was actually Parasite. The Team pursued Parasite to Geneva and defeated him. As the Daring Danger's they held their last performance in Geneva. On February 17th, Team Year Five, in Gotham City, Alpha Squad was led by the Riddler to Haly's International Cicrus. After fighting their way to the far ring, Alpha was forced to battle Psimon. After defeating him on the mind realm, Alpha came to and freed Dr. Sandsmark from her restraints.
