Listed in order of earliest to future dates:

  • The Big Bang: The Great Hand cultivates the Big Bang. Out of this is born that is eternal, that which is all and beyond all, the Source. This point in time is referred to as the First World. Soon after the Voice is created and speaks the Word. The Great Hand, the Voice and the Word are all related to that of Yaweh, the Creator. Soon after the eternal forces of Order and Chaos are created.

  • 18,000,000,000 B.C.: At the center of the universe, the Godworld forms out of native elements.
  • Source: The History of the DCU.

  • 17,000,000,000 B.C.: Life appears on Godworld, this time is referred to as the Second World.
  • Source: The History of the DCU.

  • 5,000,000 B.C.: The Old Gods annihilate themselves in a war that shatters their planet in two. The planet's destruction results in the formation of a wave of cosmic energy called the Godwave. This wave traverses the universe for thousands of years. It leaves a fragment of itself wherever it touches and seeds the creation of other gods.

  • 4.8,000,000 B.C.: New Genesis and Apokolips are formed from the Old Gods' planet. New Genesis is the world of light and was created from the power of the god, Balduur. Apokolips is the world of darkness and was created from the power of an evil sorceress.

  • 4.5,000,000 B.C.: The planet Earth forms.
  • Source: The approximate time that modern day scientists believe the Earth formed.

  • 138,000 B.C.: The Cretaceous Period starts on Earth. Chronos strands Chucko near the end of the Cretaceous. However, after Batman resets Chronos' belt, this event ceases to exist.
  • Source: In JLU's "The Once and Future Thing" Part Two this period is seen.

  • 45,500 B.C.: King Poseidon staves off an invasion led by Icthultu. However, the magic that keeps Atlantis afloat is drained and the city sinks into the ocean.
  • Source: In JL's "The Terror Beyond" Part Two, Dr. Fate casts a spell that recounts this event.

  • 38,000 B.C.: The Godwave creates the Third World on Earth. It is comprised of the Titans, the Greek gods, the Roman gods and the Norse gods.

  • 28,000 B.C.: The Godwave turns those on New Genesis and Apokolips into the New Gods. This is the Fourth World.
  • Source: The History of the DCU.

  • 25,000 B.C.: Early man triumphs over the Ophidian race.
  • Source: In JL's "Eclipsed" Part Two, Mophir refers to this time as an age before writing and cities. The date is a strong guess based upon Vandal Savage's age

  • 23,000 B.C.: Vandar Adg (later known as Vandal Savage) gains immortality.
  • Source: In JL's "Maid of Honor" Part Two, Vandal Savage states he is over 25,000 years old.

  • 6600 B.C.: Katar and Chay-Ara Hol are stranded on Earth.
  • Source: In JLU's "Shadow of the Hawk", the date is stated.

  • 3000 B.C.: Theth Khepera rules over African and Middle Eastern region for 1000 years.
  • Source: In BTAS' "Avatar" and the date based on Egyptian references in episode compared to actual historical dynasties.

  • 1200 B.C.: The Olympian goddesses create the Amazons, 2500 in number.
  • Source: The History of the DCU. Remains of Olympus can be seen on JL's "Paradise Lost" Part Two.

  • 1000 B.C.: Hades is banished to Tartarus.
  • Source: In JL's "Paradise Lost", it is stated Hades was banished for a 3000 years.

  • 33 A.D.: Most Pantheons of gods and goddesses begin to withdraw from Earthly contact due to lack of worshippers.
  • Source: The History of the DCU and is evidenced in episodes such as JLU's "The Balance" and "To Another Shore" when gods appear on Earth at their choosing.

  • 550 A.D.: Sir Justin, the Shining Knight is frozen in a block of ice by Morgaine Le Fey.
  • Source: In JLU's "Patriot Act", Shining Knight refers to the event.

  • 560 A.D.: Camelot falls. Merlin binds Etrigan to Jason Blood for his part in letting Morgaine Le Fey's forces invade the castle-city.
  • Source: In JL's "The Knight of Shadows" Part One, this event is the opening scene.

  • 950 A.D.: Prince Jon is driven from his throne and begins his travels around the world. After years of unending battle, Jon sails into the uncharted North and disappears.
  • Source: In JLU's "To Another Shore", the legend is recounted by Grodd.

  • 1000 A.D.: The Invaders invade Mars.
  • Source: In JL's "Secret Origins" Part Two, J'onn states Mars was invaded 1000 years ago.

  • 1000 A.D.: The Great Clash between the New Gods of New Genesis and Apokolips begins. Centuries of bloodshed follow.
  • Source: The date is from The History of the DCU and the event is briefly recounted by Orion's Mother Box on STAS' "Apokolips...Now!" Part One.

  • 1000 A.D.: The Manhunters are stripped of their powers by the Guardians of the Universe.
  • Source: On JL's "In Blackest Night", it is stated the Manhunters were demoted 1000 years ago.

  • 1494 A.D.: Ra's al Ghul has first contact with the Lazarus Pit and gains immortality.
  • Source: In BTAS' "The Demon's Quest", Ra's al Ghul boasts being around for 500 years. Date based on when BTAS starts.

  • 1494 A.D.: The instructions on how to perform the Way of the Fang Style's Onemori Touch is hidden away by Yoru-Sensei's ancestor.
  • Source: In BTAS' "Day of the Samurai", It is stated the secret was guarded for 500 years.

  • 1500 A.D.: J'onn Jonzz goes into hibernation.
  • Source: In JL's "Secret Origins" Part Two, J'onn Jonzz states he did so 500 years ago.

  • 1500 A.D.~1600 A.D.: Ra's al Ghul leads Spanish Conquistadores to Mesa de Oro.
  • Source: STAS' "The Demon Reborn", Ra's states he led conquistadores. Date is drawn from historical contact of Spanish in America.

  • 1698 A.D.: The New Gods draw the Pact, a peace treaty that ends the Great Clash. It is symbolized by both parties' leaders trading their infant sons.
  • Source: The date is from the History of the DCU and briefly recounted on STAS' "Apokolips...Now!" Part One.

  • 1794 A.D.: Jason Blood and Ra's al Ghul clash over a mystic tablet in South America.
  • Source: In the BTAS: Dangerous Dames and Demons trade paperback, it is stated this happens 200 years ago.

  • 1797 A.D.: Scott Free escapes from Apokolips. This technically breaches the Pact and allows Darkseid to invade planets in search of the Anti-Life Equation.
  • Source: The date is taken from the History of the DCU and events preceeding Free's escape are seen on JLU's "The Ties that Bind".

  • 1873 A.D.: Gorillas in Equatorial Africa are advanced by an alien. These gorillas later form Gorilla City.
  • Source: The date is taken from the History of the DCU. Nothing in the DCAU threatens to alter this canon and is assumed to be valid.

  • 1879 A.D.: Batman, Wonder Woman and Green Lantern travel back in time in pursuit of Chronos.
  • Source: In JLU's "Once and Future Thing" Part One, Batman holds up a newspaper with 1879 printed on it.

  • 1883 A.D.: Ra's al Ghul targets the new railroad system in an effort to take over the American federal government.
  • Source: On BTAS' "Showdown", It is stated.

  • 1894 A.D.: Dr. Fate seals Karkull in the artifact of Lorta.
  • Source: In STAS' "Hand of Fate", Dr. Fate states he battled Karkull a century ago.

  • 1898 A.D.: An archaelologist goes missing while exploring the Canyon of Tombs in Egypt.
  • Source: On BTAS' "Avatar", 1898 is shown onscreen.

  • 1920's A.D.: Cyrus Gold is betrayed and murdered by his criminal associates. His corpse is cursed and dumped in Slaughter Swamp. The curse and the swamp's magical properties reanimate Gold and he emerges decades later.
  • Source: The event is recounted by a spell of revelation cast by Dr. Fate on JL's "The Terror Beyond" Part One. The cars in Gold's memory closely resemble Jazz Era automobiles.

  • 1933 A.D.: Arkady Du Vall is released from prison.
  • Source: In BTAS' "Showdown", It is stated Du Vall served a 50 year sentence after being caught.

  • June 6, 1944 A.D.: The Justice League travel back in time to D-Day, to undo Vandal Savage's changes on history.
  • Source: History states D-Day took place in June 6, 1944.

  • 1944 A.D.: Project Captain Nazi is dismantled by Spy Smasher.
  • Source: In JLU's "Patriot Act", 1944 is printed on file.

  • March 17, 1946 A.D.: Charlie Collins is born.
  • Source: Charlie Collins' old Gotham Driver's License is shown by the Joker from BTAS' "Joker's Favor".

  • 1954 A.D.: Thomas Wayne, Matthew Thorne and Leslie Thompkins graduate from Gotham State University's Medical School.
  • Source: On BTAS' "Paging the Crime Doctor", it is stated that the three graduated from medical school 40 years ago.

  • 1958 A.D.: Bibbo's career at sea begins.
  • Source: On STAS' "Fish Story", Bibbo states he was at sea for 40 years.

  • 1960 A.D.: The last Justice Guild comic book is released parallel to the deaths of the Justice Guild in a parallel universe.
  • Source: On JL's "Legends", John Stewart states this is when the last comic came out.

  • 1960's A.D.: The hero Soul Power is active in Dakota City.
  • Source: On SS's "Blast From the Past", Static teams up with the retired Soul Power.

  • 1964 A.D.: Jax-Ur and Mala are imprisoned in the Phantom Zone for instigating an uprising on the planet Krypton.
  • Source: On STAS' "Blasts from the Past", this event appears to happen right before Krypton's destruction by Jor-El's features. Date also calculated roughly from their jail sentence.

  • 1964 A.D.: Bruce Wayne is born.
  • Source: This date is taken in with Dick Grayson's graduation date in mind and various other dates.

  • 1965 A.D.: Kal-El is born. Months later, his home planet of Krypton implodes.
  • Source: The date is based on Lois' age in STAS' "Monkey Fun".

  • 1965 A.D.: Months after the destruction of Krypton, the Laughing Dragon statue is carved on Earth.
  • Source: On "World's Finest" Part One, Alfred states the Dragon was carved nearly 30 years ago.

  • 1969 A.D.: Dr. Madsen begins her life long career towards restoring an Ultrasaurus skeleton.
  • Source: On BTAS' "Cold Comfort", it is stated that she started 30 years ago.

  • 1970 A.D.: Kala In-Ze places herself and her family into stasis on planet Argos.
  • Source: On STAS' "Little Girl Lost" Part One, Kala states she did so five years after Krypton imploded.

  • 1972 A.D.: Bruce Wayne-Age 8-witnesses his parents' murders.
  • Source: On JL's "A Better World" Part Two and JLU's "Kid's Stuff", it is stated Bruce was 8 when this happens.

  • 1974 A.D.: Lois Lane-Age 8-loses her pet chimpanzee Titano.
  • Source: On STAS' "Monkey Fun", it is stated and date also based on her present age.

  • 1974 A.D.: Dr. Emile Dorian begins research on genetic engineering.
  • Source: On BTAS "Tyger, Tyger", Dorian states his research took 20 years.

  • 1974 A.D.: Diana is given life by the Greek gods.
  • Source: History of the DCU canon.

  • 1978 A.D.: Bruce Wayne-Age 14-begins his travel abroad.
  • Source: Taken from DC Comics canon.

  • 1979 A.D.: Clark Kent-Age 14-meets Brainiac and the Legion of Superheroes but soon forgets. Soon after, Kent discovers his heritage.
  • Source: The events are seen on STAS' "New Kids in Town" and "The Last Son of Krypton" Part Two.

  • 1979 A.D.: Harvey Bullock beings his career with the Gotham City Police Department.
  • Source: On BTAS' "A Bullet for Bullock", Bullock states he was on the force for 15 years.

  • Late 1970's A.D.: John Stewart and Rex Mason become good friends while serving with the US Marine Corps.
  • Source: On JL's "Metamorphosis", this event is referred to. The date is based on Stewart's present age of 40 and a reference that he grew up during the Cold War on JL's "A Better World" (though by the Lords' version, it still holds they are of the same age).

  • 1980's A.D.: Bruce Wayne trains under Zatara in Turkey, Yoru in Japan and the Master in Nanda Parbat.
  • Source: These events are recalled on BTAS' "Zatanna," "Night of the Ninja," and JLU's "Dead Reckoning".

  • 1980 A.D.: Steven Mandragora murders the Bertinelli's and assumes control of their mafia.
  • Source: This event is told on JLU's "Double Date".

  • 1984 A.D.: James Gordon and Maria Vargas' friendship begins.
  • Source: On BTAS' "The Strange Secret of Bruce Wayne", Gordon states they were friends for 20 years.

  • 1984 A.D.: The 'Love that Baby' television show abruptly ends.
  • Source: On BTAS' "Baby Doll", Baby Doll was 20 years old when she started on TV, 30 in the episode.

  • 1984 A.D.: Bruce Wayne-Age 19-back in Gotham City, begins his partnership with Luscius Fox.
  • Source: On BTAS' "Feat of Clay" Part Two, it is stated Wayne started his career with Fox ten years ago.

  • 1985 A.D.: Bruce Wayne-Age 20-has a failed romance with Andrea Beaumont.
  • Source: This happens on BTAS' "Mask of the Phantasm" movie.

  • 1985 A.D.: Bruce Wayne begins his first year as Batman.
  • Source: Date based off of Dick Grayson's graduation year and BTAS starts roughly during Batman's ninth year of crime fighting.

  • 1985 A.D.: Bruce Wayne takes Dick Grayson-Age 10-under his care.
  • Source: On BTAS' "Robin's Reckoning", Dick's age is stated. It is later used to correlate his college sophmore status.

  • 1986 A.D.: Detective Harvey Bullock arrests drug dealer, Vinnie the Shark.
  • Source: On BTAS' "A Bullet for Bullock", it is stated Bullock busted Vinnie two years ago.

  • 1987 A.D.: Temple Fugate is bankrupt after losing a major case.
  • Source: On BTAS' "The Clock King", it is stated, Fugate takes his revenge seven years later.

  • 1988 A.D.: James Gordon arrests his arch-nemesis, the Jazzman.
  • Source: On BTAS' "I am the Night", it is stated Gordon busted Jazzman six years ago.

  • 1988 A.D.: Claire Selton is taken by the federal government and codenamed Volcana.
  • Source: On STAS' "Where there's Smoke", it is stated Selton was taken 10 years ago.

  • 1989 A.D.: Pamela Isley secures the last Wild Rose specimen.
  • Source: On BTAS' "Pretty Poison", it is shown that five years pass.

  • Late 1980's A.D.: A refugee washes ashore an island and is adopted by the Amazons as Aresia.
  • Source: On JL's "Fury", this event is revealed.

  • 1990 A.D.: Bruce Wayne first meets Barbara Gordon.
  • Source: On BTAS' "Heart of Steel" Part One, Wayne states it was four years since he saw Barbara.

  • 1990 A.D.: Former supermodel Paige Monroe undergoes reconstructive surgery.
  • Source: On TNBA's "Mean Seasons", it is stated Monroe underwent 10 years of surgery and attempts to jump start her career.

  • 1990 A.D.: Carlton Dusquene's wife is mistakingly murdered.
  • Source: On TNBA's "Mystery of the Batwoman", it is stated an assassination attempt happened 10 years ago.

  • 1990 A.D.: Lois Lane publishes an expose on Detective Bowman.
  • Source: On STAS' "Target", Lane states she wrote it two years ago.

  • 1991 A.D.: Bane escapes prison after undergoing his first Venom dosage.
  • Source: On BTAS' "Bane", it is stated to have happened three years ago.

  • 1991 A.D.: The Alcana home is burned down by Rupert Thorne's hired arsonists.
  • Source: On TNBA's "Mystery of the Batwoman", Alcana states it happened nine years ago.

  • 1992 A.D.: A nameless mob hitman transforms into the Joker.

  • 1993 A.D.: Metallo resurfaces on Raknaveek Island with memory loss.
  • Source: On STAS' "Action Figures", Angela Chen states one year passed since Metallo disappeared.

  • 1994 A.D.: Batman-Age 30-and Robin-Age 19 (Batman the Animated Series is set to start in this year, the 10th of Batman's career).

  • 1994 A.D.: Superman defeats Mr.Mxyzptlk after a one year campaign.
  • Source: On STAS' "Myxpixilated", it is shown that Superman encounters Mxyzptlk through the course of a year.

  • Spring 1995 A.D.: Superman discovers the cyro-tube holding Kara (later, Supergirl) and proceeds to shelter her in Kansas for three years.

  • March 17, 1995 A.D.: Charlie Collins' Gotham City Driver's License expires.
  • Source: Charlie Collins' old Gotham Driver's License is shown by the Joker from "Joker's Favor".

  • 1996 A.D.: Shayera Hol lands on Earth and begins her career as Hawkgirl.
  • Source: On JL's "Starcrossed" Part One, it is stated Shayera came to Earth 5 years ago. Actual date based off of various other dates.

  • 1996 A.D.: Volcana abandons her latest government mission and lives on the run.
  • Source: On STAS' "Where there's Smoke", it was stated she fled two years ago.

  • 1996 A.D.: Roxanne Ballantine's boyfriend is set up by the Penguin and arrested.
  • Source: On TNBA's "Mystery of the Batwoman", it was stated he was busted four years ago.

  • May 1997 A.D.: NASA astronaut, J Allen Carter reawakens the Imperium on Mars.
  • Source: On JL's "Secret Origins" Part One, it is shown onscreen that two years pass between the discovery and invasion. The actual date is derived from the time the League was created and statements from Wonder Woman on JL's "Paradise Lost".

  • May 1997 A.D.: Dick Grayson graduates from Gotham State University with Honors.
  • Source: On the TNBA "Lost Years" Trade Paperback, it is shown he graduated in 1997. The date is correlated with is age of 19 from BTAS' "Robin's Recknoning".

  • 1997 A.D.: Joseph Gardner claims aliens landed in ancient Egypt.
  • Source: JLU's "Shadow of the Hawk", Batman states Gardner claimed such, six years ago.

  • 1997 A.D.: Jax-Ur and Mala escape from the Phantom Zone, yet again.
  • Source: On STAS' "Absolute Power", Jax-Ur stated they were rescued a year ago.

  • Late Summer 1997 A.D.: Virgil Hawkins' mother is killed in the Dakota City Riots.
  • Source: On SS's "Flashback", A dedication memorial states the riots happened five years ago.

  • March 1998: Kara Kent takes it upon herself to go to Metropolis and debuts as Supergirl to fight a rumored Intergang crime wave.
  • Source: On STAS' "Little Girl Lost" it is stated this happens in the Spring. The actual date is based off of Supergirl's age near the end of JLU and a statement about farm life on "Chaos in the Earth's Core."

  • 1998 A.D.: Farmer Brown loses his business after unveiling mutated cattle.
  • Source: On TNBA's "Critters", It is shown that one year passes.

  • 1998 A.D.: The Flash busts Captain Boomerang after he steals a fleet of armored cars. Boomerang is soon recruited to Task Force X.
  • Source: Captain Boomerang mentions the end of his stint on JLU's "Flash and Substance."

  • 1999 A.D.: Batman, Robin, Batgirl and Nightwing begin their partnership.

  • 1999 A.D.: In a parallel universe, the Justice Lord Superman confronts President Lex Luthor.

  • May 1999 A.D.: Batman and Superman encounter advance agents of the Imperium outside of Metropolis.

  • November 1999 A.D.: The Imperium mounts a full scale invasion of Earth. They are shortly defeated by sven super heroes.

  • Early 2000 A.D.: The Justice League is formed.
  • Source: Date based on Bruce's age in Beyond and various others to fit the timeline.

  • Early 2000 A.D.: Green Lantern is fooled into thinking he destroyed a planet belonging to the Ajuris chain. The Justice League uncovers a plot by the Manhunters to retake power from the Guardians of the Universe.

  • Early 2000 A.D.: The USS Defiant is sunk by a contigent Atlantian force. A mutiny is seeded by King Arthur's half-brother Orm and escalates into a near planetary devastation.

  • Early 2000 A.D.: Lex Luthor is incriminated in a smuggling operation and discovers he has terminal cancer. Luthor escapes and attempts to destroy the Justice League by gathering several super villains together.

  • July 2000 A.D.: Wonder Woman is blackmailed into gathering fragments of a key for Felix Faust. The Justice League return Hades to Tartarus after learning of Faust's intentions.

  • 2000 A.D.: Joseph Gardner touches a broken Thanagarian Observicon on an Egyptian dig.

  • Middle 2000 A.D.: Superman and J'onn Jonzz are taken to War World. Green Lantern and Hawkgirl pursue an ion trail.

  • Middle 2000 A.D.: Aresia attempts to eradicate all men from the planet. She is stopped by Wonder Woman and Hawkgirl.

  • Middle 2000 A.D.: While fighting Lex Luthor, the Flash, Green Lantern, Hawkgirl and J'onn Jonzz are accidentally transported to a parallel reality.

  • October 30, 2000 A.D.: The Justice League, with Etrigan, confront Morgaine le Fey and attempt to prevent her from gaining the Philosopher's Stone.

  • Late 2000 A.D.: Rex Mason is manipulated by his former employer, Simon Stagg. As a result, Mason is transformed into Metamorpho. The Justice League attempts to recitfy the situation.

  • Late 2000 A.D.: Vandal Savage affects the timeline from the World War Two era. The Justice League discovers his time machine and travels back in time to stop him.

  • 2001 A.D.: Darkseid allies with Brainiac to capture Superman. In the aftermath, Darkseid is killed.
