Perry White is the managing editor of the Daily Planet. He is inseparable from the famous newspaper but retains an influential position in Metropolis. Reputable for an indomitable will, White leads his reporters and photgraphers with tough love, challenging them to deliver nothing short of the truth.
One of the few things to draw Perry White out of the Planet headquarters is tragedy. He attended the funeral of Inspector Dan Turpin and later Superman, who was not dead after all.
