Rita Velasquez is an executive officer in the Artist and Relations department of D-Town Recordings in Dakota City. She works closely with Lester Biggs and oversees the process to offer contracts to rising musicians. A.J. McLean used his influence to introduce Adam Evans to Biggs and Velasquez. However, both were fooled by Replikon when he impersonated McLean and pushed his own music.
