Harry Tully was a lead researcher at Wayne-Powers. Tully was charged with secretly developing an invasive, viral mutagen. He was exposed to it and decided to slip evidence to a co-worker and friend, Warren McGinnis. Tully was taken away by Mr. Fixx, the personal assistant of Derek Powers, CEO of Wayne-Powers. Powers fed the cover story that Tully suffered a mere allergic reaction to a chemical compound. Powers suspected McGinnis was given a data disc and made him a marked man. The various stages of Tully's infection were photographed and used to finalize the sale of the mutagen to the Kaznians.
