Ray and Kevin are students at Dakota Union High School and cronies of Nick Connor. Together, the trio act as bullies and tormet various classmates, including Jimmy Osgood. However, Osgood took manners into his own hands and confronted Connor with a handgun. Ray and Kevin tried to disarm Osgood but the gun was discharged and hit Richie Foley in the leg. The duo was suspended and assigned to community service.
