Principal Nakamura runs Hamilton High School with a conservative and by the book attitude. Despite a court order to suspend classes, Nakamura needed extra persuasion from Commissioner Gordon. He feared retribution from his peers but Willie Watt appeared as expected and was re-arrested. Nakamura handled affairs as a bureaucrat and never sympathized with the students. When Dr. Wheeler's ranch went public, Nakamura saw it as a quick fix for any student who displayed remotely delinquent acts.
